"The staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful, but the property itself is extremely dated rundown, not clean and disappointing. The heavy Security was also quite a deterrent. It immediately made us feel like we were in a bad part of town."

"The hotel is clean, pool area is clean. The pool is a little cooler than we like. Breakfast is good, fruits were disappointing and quite of rough looking. Coffee is gross. Rooms are a little smaller than we like, especially for a family"

"Indoor hot tub was under maintenance. Outdoor hot tub was good, but the waterfall had green stagnant water in it. We rented a large suite and it was very worn down for the price. Wall paper was peeling, rips in the couches, etc. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable but overall mediocre."
