"Would not recommend. Property is not well maintained (very outdated, there’s still signs from covid 2020). Pool/hot tub are not clean. Rooms are outdated, beds are so uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was okay, but would not stay at property if you’re doing it for the free breakfast. First night we were there a baseball team (4 buses full) stayed too. Loud music was playing til 10 pm, but these guys continued being loud till after 12 am. Needless to say us and our kids did not sleep that night. Hotel staff did nothing about it. We liked that the beach was a very short walk so that was nice. Other than that would not recommend and will not be staying there again. (Pictures on Expedia are deceiving)"

"I stayed in a rusted 2 bedroom unit with unsafe water far away from the pool/beach areas. The bathrooms were not clean with cheap quality furniture, towels and linens provided. This hotel has one restaurant with limited expensive options. Please bring your own food and water…there is no store onsite and you will not be able to eat anywhere close by. This place is definitely not worth the price when you can get so much more elsewhere in Rocky Point. Front desk staff was not helpful. Upon arrival one man was sitting with 3 other men talking so loud in the small space that it gave a headache while waiting to check in. Unprofessional as no one spoke to you when you walked in the door. The roads are all dirt so make sure you drive a solid vehicle when coming to this location or you will bust your tires. Loud trucks drove throughout the property all night long hearing their loud engines through the paper thin walls. Would not recommend to any family or friends and will not be back."
