"I’ve stayed twice in two months and each time the experience has been wonderful! The check-in was smooth and the staff were so friendly! They gave me an upgrade and a drink voucher as well! Loved the espresso machine and really comfy bed! The Italian lady behind the bar was exceptionally kind and friendly. Food was sensational! I’m a solo business traveller so appreciate not feeling “invisible”…"

Interactions with room service staff and the quality of meals and service were somethings that enabled me to quickly recuperate, then, coupled with the services available close by I was able to travel readily and eventually return home.
