It’s a little weird with multiple access points and elevators - it was quite expensive considering it is the off-season and there seemed to be few people staying in the hotel. But the inside pool and sauna were nice, the restaurant was excellent and the rooms were cute for a ski town. "Hotel needs more signage. There's only an arrow on the road to lead you past several other buildings. Self check-in is difficult if you only speak English. Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food."

"Very convenient to tram, just a few stops from Zurich Central train station. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but it was clean, friendly staff. We didn't include breakfast with our stay so cannot speak to the quality of the food. We were there the end of September. Our only complaint was the room was warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We were told by law they could not drop the room temp more than 6 degrees lower than the outside temp but the room was warmer than outside temp. We were able to open the window so we were fine - I just wonder how it would be in the hottest time of the summer. A little cheaper being away from the center of town. I would have no problem staying there again."
