"The rooms were great the 11 th floor the convince to Wegmans the attachment to the theater where we were going to see a show and the rooms were so nice. The staff great. I will be going to this place every time I’m in town."

"Liked: General setup and arrangement. Suites were roomy and functional. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but food wasn't vert tasteful except for on-order omelets. Rooms were not cleaned every day unless the guest so requested. Not liked: Too few elevators, which were also very slow. Led to long waits for service. Significant add-on charge for parking ($19 per night). No room service or restaurant, only a snack menu at the bar. I felt the room cost was way too high for the quality of the facilities and the services available. I will look at different options the next time I visit this area. My door did not lock when closed, suggesting an example of maintenance issues regarding the facility."

"Photos of rooms and hotel looked much better than the actually are. The property is outdated and in need of serious repairs and updating. For example, the concrete walkways on the various floors is badly cracked and chipped. I could see daylight through a small gap in the front door frame. This would be horrible in the winter as the hotel is apartment complex style where the rooms are all facing a parking lot. The room was fine, bed had no support, but what could one expect for a ~$100 room in a neighborhood where other hotels charge ~$300+. Stay was OK for 2 guys, but I would not book these rooms if women or children were staying."

"Not meant for families. Ice on 3rd and 5th flr only. Laundry on 7th. 1 out of six dryer was out of service. We had 4 dryers on. 2 dryers dried under an hour while the other 2 took 2.5+hours. It was an 80 degree day. We checked in around midnight. Set the thermostat for 65. The temperature on thermostat never dropped below 72 when we checked out at 12 noon. = to one very loooong sleepless night. Staff were mostly friendly. But they are very restricted on what they can help on. Don’t expect much. Definitely highly not recommended for families with young kids or elders. Notified staff on issues mentioned above. A fan was given to us. But see above for results. No ice on your level either. Signs were also missing. No sign on how to get to laundry after you arrive on the 7th floor. Decor was at doubletree level. The availability of amendments was designed so that you use as little as possible. A very stingy property."
