"Lobby was nice and clean but once we got to the floor our room was located on it wasnt clean. The room was Outdated, dirty furniture, dirty walls, bathroom wasn’t fresh. "

"I was honestly not impressed with my stay. The customer service and amenities were just okay, nothing particularly stood out. What did stand out, though, was how unaccommodating the front desk staff was. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, there was no flexibility at all. When we asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11, the answer was a flat-out no, without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We went down around 9:30 on Sunday, and most of the food was already gone and never replenished while we were there. There were barely any utensils available, only knives and a few spoons, so we actually had to use spoons to cut our food. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor. The bacon was especially bad, it tasted like plastic and was so chewy and unpleasant that I threw it away after one bite. Unfortunately, the rest of the food that was still available wasn’t any better. We couldn’t bring ourselves to take more than a bite or two and ended up leaving to have breakfast somewhere else. Overall, a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the lack of customer service and the poor breakfast quality."

"Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, easy access to the local area. Overall a great stay. Only thing that could have been improved was some of the surfaces in the room could have been cleaned somewhat deeper (sticky spot on the desk, of shoe marks/dirt on bathroom door) "
