"This is a great little find for those who like a quiet, clean place nestled in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are always spotless and well stocked. I got around during my stay using public transportation and walking and felt safe the whole time. The hosts are super responsive and courteous in all communications I had with them too. which is such a relief when traveling! "

We told her not to worry about cleaning our room since we were only booked for two nights. The following morning, she stopped by to offer fresh towels and ask if we needed anything additional. It was a nice, personal touch.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper).
