"Great place service and cleaness not to mention a great breakfast💯"

"The hotel was clean and smelled nice and the first night was nice. HOWEVER, the second night as an absolute disaster. We were woken up by people knocking on our door repeatedly and running away at 10:50pm. Loud music was playing well past 1am. Doors were slamming every 5 minutes for 3 hours straight. The noise in the hallway was obnoxious. The heavy smell of marijuana was throughout the hallway very strongly at night when I went downstairs to complain about the noise and smell, so much that it still smelled it the morning. The person at the main desk assured me on the 11pm phone call that he would check the noise level and end it. When it continued past midnight I actually got out of bed and went downstairs and he told me he checked but ‘saw nothing’. I asked him about the noise policy and he said ‘10pm on Saturday’ hesitantly, knowing full well it was after midnight at that point. The noise continued and nothing changed. I had a 5am wake up the next day after getting minimal sleep. This was a disaster and I will never stay there again."

"Rip off"

"We arrived late at night. Hotel room had smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop chirping (like when the battery is low). Had to move rooms. Blood stains on mattress of pullout couch. Previous flood in the bathroom has warped the base of the door that it is very hard to close. Took a shower and then realized there were no towels in the room. Weird dust clumps were blowing out of the fan- almost looked like mouse poop or bird poop (or mold) on the fan. We arrived at 1am after a long travel day, and the last thing we needed was to have to change rooms due to a chirping smoke detector. Add that to the other issues, and I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a major renovation. Staff were friendly- it isn’t their fault. "

"Breakfast was a little weak. Hard boiled eggs only, no protein other than yogurt. Cereal, waffles and bagels."

"Pool was great!! Room was clean and staff was amazing!"

"Over priced for everything.,did not have a shuttle ready for me, and there were to many kids this past weekend.. So a lot of noise going on all night. Hotel had no control. Room above me was banging all night . It was not a peaceful stay definitely not worth what I paid! Never again"
