"We were booked into a handicapped room but did not request or need a special room. We talked to front desk staff and she dismissed us saying “all rooms are the same.” She had no idea bed was low to ground etc. She moved us and room was much improved. "

Fire by the pool in the evening to enjoy. The airport shuttle was great, could not hear any airplanes in the room."
