Lovely spacious comfortable room, good bathroom and facilities. Staff are incredible - so helpful and friendly

Absolutely amazing stay at Shintana Saya. Staff were increadibly helpful and service oriented. My wife summed it up well - ,most zen hotel we have ever stayed at. Beautiful pool area, nice breakfast and nice small things like pieces of fresh fruit when we got back from our day sighteeing in Ankor. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean. The pool is beautiful. There is a wide selection at breakfast. It was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had as a family.

My lunchtime experience at the hotel was a memorable delight. The variety of dishes catered to all tastes, and I was especially impressed with the quality of the ingredients. The service was exceptional, with staff members being both friendly and efficient. I appreciated the quiet ambiance, which allowed for relaxing conversation. This hotel truly knows how to create a wonderful dining experience.

all staff we encountered throughout the entire hotel were friendly & helpful.

Fantastic hotel in Siem Reap. Walking distance of a wide range of restaurants (whether you want the noise and hustle of pub street or something quieter) but nice and quiet. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean and the restaurant and pool are great to relax. What really makes the place though is the staff; welcoming, smiling and always attentive. Thoroughly recommended for a Siem Reap getaway.

Room is very spacious and clean, centrally located and all the staffs are very friendly and personable. We will strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The breakfast menu was fresh. The luncdry service was good. Rooms were maintained clean. The staff were very polite.

The service and extra care taken by the staff was outstanding. Lovely and friendly staff always trying to help.

Professional personnel. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a nice salt water swimming pool.

Faultless. Exceptional design, service and atmosphere. We also loved that the hotel has other restaurants located outside of the main complex. We tried both the chamrey tree and Viroths and both were similarly excellent in design and service. We would stay again for sure.

All the staff were excellent and the customer service fantastic. Absolutely perfect and highy recommended!

Came here with my family for a 3 night stay and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel away from the busy city center with excellent breakfast included with the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant served delicious food, especially the fried noodles at the breakfast buffet.

Best service, great location near pub street, pool is great and food amazing, free transfers, massage and a dinner!
