I was not given the apartment I booked. I booked the ‘apartment’, which looked lovely with a nice balcony, and I was given the apartment ‘affairs’ which is clean but not pretty at all inside, with a tiny balcony to hang washing on and the hardest bed I have ever slept on (I have bruises on my ribs and hip from the hardness of the bed for three nights…). With no warning or explanation before I arrived.
