"We stayed four nights in a one bedroom (Room 311). My kids slept on the pull out couch (I would say this is a kids only sleeping arrangement). The bedroom bed was comfortable. Room was very clean and kitchen well equipped and stocked with the normal items required. Full dining table with chairs made for easy in room meal time. The bathroom worked, although on the small side with little counter space. Had a nice balcony with two chairs and a small table. The location in the village was fantastic. Close to everything! There are plenty of activities and hiking opportunities right there. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping all right in the village. It was well worth the trip from Ottawa! Any staff in the village and the hotel were very friendly."

"Clean room, we did a late night check-in and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. next morning we had a awesome hot breakfast with many options...we all liked it. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Check in could be more smooth if the door code provided works. Ended up getting the key from the lockbox. Be aware if you are a light sleeper on the bottom floor, it could be annoying when there are kids running around on the higher floor all night."

"Good location, but definitely an older property in need of updating The location was convenient โ about a 12-minute drive to Blue Mountain and there were lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby. The receptionist was friendly and actually mentioned that this is one of their older hotels and that renovations will be taking place soon, which I appreciated. That being said, the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet had visible staining/mold, and there was noticeable black mildew along the silicone around the inside rim of the bathroom sink. These things were quite noticeable and made the bathroom feel less clean than I would have liked. The elevator is also quite small, and the hallway area leading to it is narrow, so you have to be mindful of giving people enough room to exit before entering. Breakfast was okay โ pretty much what I would expect from a typical Comfort Inn breakfast. Unfortunately, some of the other guests were quite noisy, which affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel was convenient for the area and served its purpose for a short stay, but the cleanliness and older facilities could definitely use some attention. Hopefully the upcoming renovations will make a noticeable difference."
