The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). "We stayed in a suite and a regular double occupancy room. Both were exceptionally clean. The two staff members at the front desk were friendly and competent and took care of all the details. The gym could be improved with some free weights. The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. The underground parking seemed limited and there was a lot of dust due to the renovation."
