Was a business stay for a few days. Apartment was was really clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was initially finding it and obtaining check details was a bit of a conundrum.

So much wrong... where to begin?

The sheets were clean but just about everything else was wrong with this flat. A huge stain in the carpet greets you as you come in the door. A king size bed takes up most of the bedroom and there is no place to put your luggage. If you are an average size person, you will have to crawl over to bed to get to the other side. The couch is not as pictured. It is filthy, torn and caved in. If you were counting on a sofa bed for the kids, you will be out of luck. I wouldn't even sit on it. Aside from the filth, it is so caved in it's almost like siting on the floor. The blue chair in the living room has a crooked leg. I took my chances as there was no other place to sit. The kitchen chairs were stained and filthy, we put towels on them. There's a good supply of knives and spoons but only 3 forks in the kitchen. If you were counting on using the laundry machine in the middle of your month long tour of England as we were, you are out of luck. The door does not open and no laundry pods are provided anyway. I reported this to management and their solution was to ask for a picture! When I challenged Hazel about how this could possibly be helpful in resolving the problem she insisted - no troubleshooting instructions or offer to send someone out in the morning. Luckily the kitchen sink in the granite countertop is deep so we did laundry with dish detergent in the sink. The location is convenient but noisy. There's more but I've reached the character limit.

Summer stay for daughters graduation

Stayed in 2 apartments for my daughters graduation , unfortunately it was the hottest day of the year and there was no air conditioning therefore we suffered a bit. The apartments are very central right by the market square , comfy beds etc ... The apartments are smaller than they appear in the photos but adequate. They were clean but outside of the apartment in the hallways and stayed were a little dirty and untidy and let the place down. The cleaners / owners need to address this as first impressions count. Having said that I would still stay again

Noisy apartment.

Bathroom was very small and floor not in a good condition (uneven, possible water damage), blinds did not close correctly in bedroom thereby letting in light. Apartment near nightclub - noisy! Ear plugs were left on the bedside table!
