Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. "Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"The hotel is in a great central location to the train station and to getting around the city. Very easy check in - expect to use the stairs as the elevator is traditionally small for an old building - we used it once upon check in and walked up and down to the fourth floor the rest of the stay. We had booked a family room to have the extra space and it was great. The bed was firm and the sleeper was comfortable. Bed linens are excellent - it does fall short on the towels in that they are very thin and a bit harsh. It’s late May and we lucked out the weather was perfect - the room did not have AC but provided fans and our room had lots of windows for letting the fresh air in. We had breakfast the last day and it was traditional fare of sliced meats, cheeses with breads and croissants - perfect lite meal to start a day of exploring. "
