There is no Tv, Wifi too not working in rooms, Staff don't clean the rooms and wash room so bad.

Monsieur jozef et son compagnon étaient venu du Ghana pour un interview.les cartes de crédit qu' ils avez été invalidés et avaient un sérieux problème d argent. Notre aide pour qu' ils mangent et faciliter le sejour. Il a demandé de l argent mais nous pouvons pas faire+

Good. Great service, ok amenities.
Hotel Raha is a good place to stay. The service is really good, very friendly and helpful with anything. They warmly greeted me when I arrived at 2am. The location on Google maps is correct for finding it. The hotel does have some things that need fixed, such as a missing handle on my shower and difficulty getting enough water to come out for actually taking a shower. That being said, it's not a bad place to stay. Staff are really friendly. Power does go out sometimes, but for a budget accommodation in an expensive area, this didn't bother me. They were helpful any time I asked for information or about the shower, etc.

My Nouakchott Experience!
Great host helpful and courteous, goes out of the way to accommodate his guests, rooms big but not adequately kept as per any hotel standards. Do not expect prompt Room service as the culture is not in this property.

Thanks Wé are sorry.You arrive in the night and you go early morning before 6h. Wé givre you freezen father 3 botle for free. Wé rent one personne To slave your car during the night et at your wake up I stand up in order To help you because it s again night. You should To tell us wath problème you meeting..Ne sommes désolé que vs avez pas eu l'honnêteté de ne dire quel problème vs trouvez chez nous.Vs êtes venu le début de la nuit et après votre retour du resto.vs avez paye cash 2 chambres Vs avez exigé 1 gardien et on s est partagé les frais.Vs avez demandé 3 gros bouteilles d'eau très fraîches que vs avez pas payer.vs êtes parti avant 6h matin .on s est tous réveillé pour vs assister car il fait noir encore et vs donnons les conseils .On s est quitté gentiment. Pourquoi 4/10?Ns méritons pas ça de vous.vs avez pas laissez derrière vous l image du touriste qui améliore le tourisme pour tous en franc dialogue.plus judicieux de réclamer et d attendre notre réaction. Simply Awful!
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The place was unclean. Insects everywhere, toilets not cleaned or working. Rooms not cleaned. Promised wifi in rooms not delivered. Nothing but excuses. I want full refund as this place's poor attitude prevented work being done. I have photos of how bad the place was.

Chers clients Nous respectons l avis de ce client et ns donnons à vous le jugement. Ce Monsieur a dérangé nos clients pendant son séjour. Il y avait deux autres étrangers la même période que lui-même dans cet hotel.plus tard on a recu un groupe de 9 personnes. Sans commentaires. Depuis 2019 ns travaillons avec vous et jamais un client s est plein. Soyez la bienvenue. Cordialement
