"The hotel offered a seamless check-in experience, thanks to its prime location. The bar and food options were exceptional, although the price point for the snacks was somewhat steep. One area for improvement is the proximity of the pool area to the gym. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, with spacious, spotless rooms. The view of the waterfall from the window was truly breathtaking, and I would eagerly consider staying again."

"Clean room, staff was pleasant it was New Year’s Eve and the lobby was decorated for the evening. The only thing kids were running through the hall knocking on the doors but it was still cool. "

"It was nice. Hot tub room was nice and clean. Needs some repairs, but is definitely not run down. Start filling the hot tub about 45 minutes before you want to use it. Staff was awesome!!!! Iverall very positive stay!"

"We had some unexpected issues with the room not matching the booking (which was done through a 3rd party, not directly with the hotel), but Jenny stepped up and saved the day. She was able to accommodate our needs, and was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, food was good, beds were comfy. We had a great stay, and really appreciate the "above and beyond" from Jenny."
