"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia ..."

"Exactly what we needed except for the fact the city centre was a 30 min walk away, so wouldn’t be an issue if you had a rental car. There a shopping centre around the corner that was very useful"

Good Auxerre Hotel
"Nice hotel in a good location for the town. Reception staff were good and friendly. Car parking was good but should be reserved. We were on the top floor and had two single beds instead of a double as we would have preferred."
