"Lovely property. Great staff, with welcome smiles and sweet voice tones that only Thai people can provide. No complaints at the resort. A little spendy to be expected. Just leave the property if you are looking to save cost on a tight budget. Outside of that, everything else ele will exceed expectations"

"Great hotel in great location. We have a family of 6 so we booked adjoining rooms. Neither of them had hot water in the shower. We made maintenance requests but they were ignored so we took cold showers for 5 days!"
