I was on the 19th floor, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. Breakfast was included, and that was definitely a highlight for me. I loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great selection, everything was fresh, and it was well worth having it included with the room. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Santo Domingo. An easy 5 stars from me!"
