"This property is new and for the value of location and all inclusive it is pretty much worth it but as someone who lives near NYC, has a home in DR 15 from this location, and has stayed all over the world they definitely fell short in a few areas that if tweaked could make this a home run. Entire staff is beyond helpful and kind from the belhops to Teresita and others at the front desk to Virgilio and other security and the bartenders and cleaning staff and so on. There is a problem I have that while all inclusive, Dominican Republic is a tipping country and not only should their be signs that say gratuity is appreciated because we seemed to be the only ones tipping, but the front desk NEVER has change to tip. That is something that should be available. We actually left the twice to do this. There should be bottled drink and small snack options to take in the room even if in paid vending machines. There is a store in front of the hotel and the ladies inside are dolls but snack options are very limited and overpriced. The schedule/menu situation as well as restaurants and a pool randomly being closed for 3 days we were there do not work. They also have many options and drink options you will never know because there is no menu at all. On weekends it is FLOODED with locals who treat the staff and place like absolute TRASH. They need to get Sat & Sun under control. Lastly menus in restaurants are confusing and inaccurate as to what they are serving. I still would return. "
