"El staff en su mayoría fue muy amable y si todos fueron lo más profesionales posible. En caso de algún inconveniente resolvieron a la mayor brevedad posible. La comida estuvo exquisita y las reservaciones se lograron conseguir. Hay comida practicamente todo el tiempo lo cual ayuda para que valga la pena el all inclusive. El precio esta super bueno para todo lo que ofrece."

"Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection. My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome."
