"amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great . "the place is amazing. the staff is even more amazing. beautiful, lush and green. the all inclusive drinks were rather basic and mostly juices and soda fillers. the food was great for me. i am not a food snob. some will not like it, im sure. i liked the rooms. they have a mexican vibe to them, which i really liked. the beds were a little firm."
