"Amazing new bungalows with great view into the jungle. Pool also perfect. Just food menu very basic which makes it harder to enjoy time just in the place. Need for scooter to have dinner in Ubud "

"The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making my one-night stay truly memorable—I would have loved to extend it longer! My room was perfect: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Maybe the only downside, especially for light sleepers: there can be occasional street noise from the nearby road during busier times. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Donguri house thanks to the kindness of Shanti who is extremely endearing. She helped us organize a tour of Tanah lot and Bukit and was always helpful.
The house is perfectly clean and had all needed for our 3 days in the south of Bali.
Thank you so much again Shanti !"

"Lovley for older family’s. Kids club isn’t good for young or older kids.
My 7 year old refused to go back.
Very nice kept hotel, almost immaculate. Food not overly exciting. No swim up bar. Kids club closes at 5pm. "
"The main building rooms just feel dirty. We had cockroaches get into our food in the room. We had a really bad room service chicken meal that we couldn’t eat.
We left after 2 nights of a 5 night stay. We had already moved rooms twice and they wanted us to move a 3rd time.
They get you to sign a form at check in that you aren’t entitled to a refund (if you booked a room with no refund)… this should have been a red flag. They then tried to get me to sign a form on departure stating I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund. We haven’t even asked for a refund we were just happy to get out of there.
In fairness- we stayed in the main building, I believe the kids side is newer.
A few good pool slides and a kids club are very available at a lot of hotels in the area so I would definitely skip this place if you are reading this. "
"Most of the things were excellent with the exception of food selection at breakfast and some staff not knowing what to do cause I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. Not much selection of food. Eggs have to be ordered. And if there’s a queue, you have to wait. Ambience was beautiful, resort living. "

"Staff were amazing! Our 5th time staying at the Westin and are coming back again later in the year we love it so much. Only downside of our stay this time around was the construction noise but this can only be heard by the beach or pool and you adapt to it. The renovations they are undertaking look great and will certainly be worth it though I think."
"Lovely property in great location in Nusa Dua. Property and facilities are in great condition. If you can, upgrade to the adult only section. It is well worth it."
"Amazing holiday
Beautiful food from every restaurant onsite, very helpful and friendly staff especially Nadia in the pool bar all the staff at Salsa Verde and the Water Court
Loved the pools and enjoyed hiring surfboards to use at the beach 50 metres from the hotel and the kids managed to catch a few small waves
Thank you"
"Our room was very nice. AC worked fine. The area is quiet. The beaches are nice but need to be cleaned several times a day as garbage (mostly soft plastic) is an issue, not just on this beach but throughout Indonesia. Merusaka can't address all the oceans, but they can keep the one in front of their resort clean. After every swim I came to shore with handfuls of plastic. At the least there should be recycling or garbage cans close to the beach so the swimmers can dispose of the garbage they pick up. Again, I strongly encourage the resort to hire a full time person to clean the beach and the ocean in front of the resort of garbage, and to perhaps work with the adjacent resorts to expand this service to the broader beach. It will make a difference. Until I cleaned up the plastic myself, I observed the same pieces moving up and down the beach. After focussing for 30 minutes or so on clean up, it was remarkable the difference that made! One employee can make YOUR resort stand out among the others."
