"Amazing new bungalows with great view into the jungle. Pool also perfect. Just food menu very basic which makes it harder to enjoy time just in the place. Need for scooter to have dinner in Ubud "

"The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making my one-night stay truly memorable—I would have loved to extend it longer! My room was perfect: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Maybe the only downside, especially for light sleepers: there can be occasional street noise from the nearby road during busier times. "

"One of the most beautiful resort we’ve ever been to. Not just the resort is beautiful, the people are beautiful as well. Top-notch from the beginning until the end. The bellhop, the reception, the greeter, the restaurants, the cleaning staff and everyone in this resort, our hands-down, the most nicest people we’ve ever met. To Bagus at the reception, Arianni who took care of us at the international buffet. The one of the best spa day, and to Lea, who made all the reservations and made sure our special wedding anniversary was the most memorable one from our room set up and to Leny at the Balinese Theatre. And lastly, the best surprise was a love song prepared by Manesa to commemorate our special day at dinner. Words cannot express how grateful we are to everyone that was part of this special day, Thank you to all of you! We’ll definitely be back. "
"This was a really enjoyably stay for us, the resort is beautiful. It’s plenty of room around the pools, lots of sun chairs so there was never an issue to get one.
Poolbar had the best Margaritas and friendly staff shaking them up.
It’s a quiet and relaxing resort - which was in the low season.
There is a small little side street outside the hotel which has a few shops and restaurants.
There is a courtesy bus to their own beach area a few minutes away which goes every hour. We had a great lunch sandwich there.
We also did a few walks to Bali connection among shaded trees - a safe and close walk about 9min.
There is again a courtesy bus if you prefer that.
Food wasn’t the greatest but ok.
All other staff, cleaners etc. were all friendly and helpful.
If I wish for something it would be maybe some live music in the evening to listen to while sipping on a drink - after all it’s holiday😊"
"Amazing resort!! We stayed with 2 teens a 15 year old and a 5 year old and had the best time. Very sad to leave. Multiple pools which were breathtaking, pool in family side of resort had a big slide. Pools were never crowded and plenty of sun beds available. Family wing is a short 2 minute walk along a path on the beach from
Main building. Kids club was great, drop off pick up anytime free of charge. Buffet breakfast, lots of selections that changed daily. Staff were happy to cook specific food if required. We didn’t eat other meals at resort as we opted to try the surrounding restaurants which were all fantastic. Room was fine, beds were quite hard and shower not very good pressure however clean and spacious. Splash park in family wing needs an upgrade, tiles in and around very slippery also needs a new paint job! Lazy river was fantastic and a big hit! We will be back! "
"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room with a balcony looked over a lovely part of the property. The staff was amazing, friendly, always smiling and helpful. I miss them all. I highly recommend this hotel. "
