Off from the big road
Very nice place to stay Off the big road so it was very quiet The hotel is a bit run down. But wonderful helpful staff They helped me with all problems Can't thank them enough The room was very big though some things could be called run downed The breakfast was normal sufficient Only drawback was the rooftop Could have some more furnitures But we had a nice view of the sunset And the last cup of the breakfast tea/coffee there

The hotel is very well located in New Bagan. Keep in mind that the majority of the major temples are in Old Bagan so it would be a bit of a ride to get there. The room was ok. Nothing too fancy but we weren't looking for it. Staff was very very helpful. The lady of the front desk was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate everything we needed. I've read in other reviews that this hotel tries to make money out of the tours or buses but in fact they helped us to get a better price for our bus from Bagan to Yangon and also for a full day tour guide. I must say that laundry prices are out of context in this hotel as they charged me the same amount I paid for 2 kgs of clothes in all other Southeast Asia countries for only a short. Breakfast is not great in this hotel but unfortunately, necessary as Bagan doesn't have too many options for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is ok for the price. If you are looking for an all in one place hotel, this might not be the ideal option.

Good little hotel in a good location!
We had a comfortable stay at this hotel and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We easily rented an electric motorcycle from them to go and explore the temples. Breakfast was decent with noodle and rice options in addition to toast, pastries, tea and coffee. There are a few restaurants nearby which we visited for dinner, only walking 3-5minutes and finding our meals to be very tasty. The room was clean and basic and had everything we wanted. Perhaps more modern shower heads would be a good new addition in our opinion, however there was plenty of hot water for us to wash away the dust from the bike rides round the temples!

Staff was friendly and helpful in arranging e-scooters and transport to the bus at the end of our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were nice enough to let us shower before departure even though we were already checked out.

Modern Hotel in New Bagan with Great Staff
My hotel room was surprisingly spacious and modern with key amenities, beautiful bathroom, mini-fridge, a huge bed and great air-con (outdoor temperatures were 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit). Wi-fi worked well. Rooftop restaurant was lovely, but no shade. Staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If you're staying in New Bagan, I'd recommend this hotel. Two small caveats: the bike I rented from them was terrible. If I had realized I was paying for the rental (a small fee).I would have rented from a proper bike shop. Also, the outdoor sign to the hotel is in a weird spot. If you're walking home from dinner after dark it can be hard to find the entrance to the hotel. (Maps.me is super helpful for GPS directions in Myanmar; it works even when you're off wi-fi and without a data plan. Google Maps doesn't work in Thailand or Myanmar--at least for now.)

very comfortable, took us pleasantly by surprise. service was great. staff was willing to go to the distance for us. breakfast was not luxurious but it was good. ate our breakfast right by the sunrise and hot air balloons.

Friendly hotel in new Bagan
Bathroom was not the best. But not a big issue for a solo traveller like myself. Breakfast and free wifi were good. The hotel had e-bikes for hire, which was convenient to get out'n'about to see the pagodas. Main thing for me were the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Plus they spoke English, which was nice. 2 things particularly impressed me. One lady helped me out with the hotel at my next destination. Their English was not the best and she called on my behalf to translate my request to be collected from the airport. Really helped me out. Also, on the morning I left, they'd ordered me a taxi as "stupid o'clock" in the morning. When I got to reception to check-out etc. they fixed me a breakfast to go. Extremely thoughtful. I was most impressed. ;o)

Lovely hideaway in New Bagan
A lovely hideaway a few minutes walk from the heart of New Bagan, but in a quiet location in a wonderful setting. A few small pagodas are dotted around & viewable from the roof top terrace. Our 'superior' room was that - great facilities kept scrupulously clean (and air con left on by the housekeeping staff so lovely & cool on our return from exploring). Helpful & friendly staff - and a delicious breakfast too. And if your timing is ever off the rooftop is a good place for a cold beer and a sunset. Highly recommended

Great hotel for exploring Bagan
Hotel staff was absolutely fantastic, helping us book cars, flights, and motor bikes. We left very early in the morning and the hotel staff was more than happy to prepare breakfast for us before the official breakfast time. Upon departure the front desk helped call our next hotel to schedule an airport pick up. Very nice people!

Sunrise over Bagan
Best place I stayed in Myanmar. Excellent service - helped me book everything I needed. Breakfast wonderful, bar wonderful, staff super friendly, room huge! The best part about this was the terrace, from which you could watch the sunrise over the pagodas. Also loved the plants and garden in the corridor. Would absolutely stay here again.

the hotel owner and staff were great and very attentive. we arrived early and departed late and they were kind enough to do early checkin and late checkout to accommodate. the owner was also knowledgeable about the area as there are some secret sites not on any map, difficult to access as some dirt paths are easily obscured by growing grass.

Ruhig und schöne Randlage
Die Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig und schön. Das Standard Zimmer allerdings sehr klein und Bad heruntergekommen. Frühstück sehr bescheiden und leider nicht mehr auf der Dachterrasse! Für die Erkundung der vielen Pagoden ist die Lage von großem Vorteil.

Hübsches Hotel am Rande des kleinen Ortes
Das Hotel ist ok. Nachdem das Hotel an eine Hotelkette verkauft wurde, ist der Zustand des Gartens etwas ungepflegt. Die alten Bäume und Sträucher müssten besser gepflegt und manche Dinge müsste neu abgeschliffen und gestrichen werden, damit der alte Glanz der Außenanlage wieder zum Vorschein kommt.

レストランなどがある大通りからは離れているけれど、E-バイクをレンタルすれば問題はないです。部屋もキレイでお湯もちゃんと出ます。従業員の方も親切。E-バイクのレンタルも、パッパ山までのツアーの手配も、全部対応してくれます。屋上からの景色がよく、ブーゲンビリアが似合うかわいらしい宿でした。

很棒的旅館
很棒的一家旅館，乾淨，工作人員很親切，附近除了有各國食物， 還有緬甸當地美味的傳統美食， 在飯店就可以租摩托車然後24小時隨時都可以租 ，對於早上去看日出非常的方便， 飯店的前面就有幾個佛塔， 老闆非常的熱情健談 可以詢問他很多問題他都會 熱心的為你解答~

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Surtout une extrême disponibilité des hôtesses. Tout est simple. On a aussi apprécié de pouvoir louer des ebikes directement à l'hôtel pour visiter le site de bagan. Seulement 20 mn de distance. Un seul bémol: les équipements mériteraient un meilleur entretien et le petit dej est plutôt léger.

Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit riesigem Bett und nicht zu weit weg vom Zentrum (ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuss). Einzig, das Bett war zwar riesig, aber für meinen Geschmack zu hart und dementsprechend nicht komfortabel. Dennoch ist das Hotel auf Grund des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses sehr empfehlenswert!

On a payé un supplément pour avoir une chambre classe supérieure, la chambre standard sentait l'humidité et le renfermé. La supérieure était plus grande, plus éclairée et plus aérée.

A terrible experience
I felt unwelcomed right at the moment when I entered the reception. Apparently they didn't expect us since "according to them" we were not on their reservation list. According to the manager, who directly expressed “being-annoyed” looks to us, it was solely Hotels.com's fault since the agency had often made mistakes and hadn't sent reservation emails properly. I showed the manager the voucher, but he denied to accept it, saying that it was written in Korean. Oh, come on, they only need confirmation number or my name to check the reservation status. While dispute, they didn't show any gesture to sort the problem out, so I finally asked the manager to turn on the computer to show them the reservation confirm on Hotels.com. After a hustle and bustle, we were put to the moldy wet rooms on the lowest floor(half underground). The windows were blocked by bush and fence, which gave me spooky feelings. The manager said sorry and offered an upgrade to a deluxe double on the first floor, but only for the second night. So I had to pay $17 more to move to the room on the 1st floor for the first night. I couldn’t bear the stinging moldy smell and unpleasant condition of the half-underground room. The deluxe on the 1st floor was spacious, but not as good as I expected since it was again “damp” and the bathroom smelled strange. The manager displayed his courtesy after all, but it couldn’t help me have nicer feelings about the hotel. It was so bad start in the BEAUTIFUL Bagan.

スタッフが親切で、かわいい中庭と屋上が最高なホテル
屋上にあるレストラン・バーからの景色が良い！屋上の写真をみてここを利用することを決めました。 ホテルで自転車・e-bikeのレンタルも可能。馬車も手配してくれます。夕日や朝日を見るおすすめポイントなどもとても丁寧に教えてくれました。受付スタッフも、レストランのスタッフも、とても優しくて親切！ ホテルの周りは暗く、お店などもあまりないので、夜の出歩きは要注意。オールドパガンまでは自転車・馬車では30分ほど、e-bike（免許なしで乗れる。自転車扱い）だと少し早いぐらいです。

Das Hotel hat für Myanmar einen guten Standard. Liegt an der Stadtgrenzen zu Neu-Bagan, gute Entfernung zu Tempeltouren mit Rad/E-Bike. Bad neu und groß, Zimmer einfach aber sauber. In der High-Season 20% zu teuer, das ist der Aufschlag für die kulturellen Highlights vor der Tür. W-lan okay, Frühstück Toast/Marmelade/Eierspeisen. Personal sehr freundlich, hilft auch bei Bus-/Flugbuchungen.

Khách sạn không gian yên bình giữa cố đô Bagan
Khách sạn vị trí nằm ở New Bagan giao với khu vực Old Bagan rất thuận tiện để đi tham quan cố đô Bagan. Khách sạn được xây dựng kiến trúc truyền thống rất ấn tượng với màu đỏ đặc trưng, sàn gỗ và không gian vườn xanh mát ở giữa khách sạn, sân thượng là nơi phục vụ ăn sáng và là nơi có thể ngắm bình minh, ngắm khinh khí cầu vào buổi sáng. Phía trước khách sạn có nhiều đền tháp nhỏ, du khách có thể tản bộ và tận hưởng không khí trong lành, yên ả của Bagan. Nội thất hoàn toàn bằng gỗ rất tiện nghi và ấm cúng. Có đầy đủ các trang thiết bị trong phòng cho du khách. Nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện, nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và rất gần gũi.

Bcp de charme et super terrasse pour le petit dej!
Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme par rapport aux nouveaux hôtels qu'il peut y avoir. Aux extremités de la ville mais à 5 minutes à pieds de très bons restaurants et 10 minutes du centre, c'est calme, avec un cadre adapté à l'environement, cour à l'arrivée, terrasse super pour le petit déj et cour intérieure avec petit jardin/patio, avec des airs du Maroc, on voit que certaines parties de l'hôtel sont anciennes et d'origine, ce qui donne son charme. les chambres sont modernes. Nous étions à l'étage et les chambres étaient très bien. Très bon séjour.
