"easy access to pool and they had vending machines selling various things. i was happy there was one machine selling feminine products which i needed it at a very last minute. place is quiet and peaceful. room needs more mirror so when getting ready easy for us to look at ourself. long mirrors or big mirror in the room itself will be helpful "

When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. "We have stayed at the E and O three times over the past 20 years. I love this hotel! Its old colonial flavour sits well with me. The new part is lovely too but this time we stayed in the Heritage wing which will always be my favourite. Our room 010 which had a separate lounge and twin bedded room, opened up to the grass area a few steps from that gorgeous pool. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was amazing. This hotel is full of old world charm. Always will be highly recommended. Hope to keep returning as the years progress. "
