"The hotel is good, clean, very closed to beach, very convenient, walkable, overall pretty good. If you need to work in the hotel, and need a wifi with password for your business security requirements, that would be a problem: their wifi is good, signal is strong, but no password "

"Loved this place! We had an ocean front room with an amazing view of the ocean and Diamondhead. The beds were super comfortable, they clean daily and you can't really lose your room key as it is a waterproof wristband. Plenty of food and deink options there and they are sister hotels to 3 nearby that you can charhe stuff to your room. Check in can get kind of crazy with long lines, but we didn't have an issue."

"Great location! Walkable to many places: beach, store, dining, zoo & so much more. Clean room and sheets. Staff was friendly, great customer service! Dislikes: Booked an ocean view room, but my balcony faced the hotel that was across the street. Only ocean view was through a small window or sitting sideways on the balcony which still gave only partial view. Also, I was on the 18th floor, hotel had one working elevator the entire 5 days we were there. Workers came the last day when we were checking out. "
