"Only one downside. The tv in room was always cutting out and only a few channels available The channel would change but have the same show showing. Should have called down to service to see if hotel was having cable problem. Still a wonderful hotel."

"We loved close proximity to everything, loved the beach. However, there were not nearly enough servers for all the people near the pool. The price to rent umbrellas and chairs was $100 a day and unfortunately, sitting with our towels in front of the hotel got difficult after 2 PM because the tide would come in and wipe out all the sand. So unless you had beach loungers all your things got soaked. I was yelled at by one of the workers renting beach loungers for putting my things on the chair. I just don’t think they pay enough attention to customer service like they do in other hotels. I’ve been to the staff needs to learn better skills. The pool is also very crowded and the adult pool really is small with difficult to get drink service"
