"The staff were welcoming and breakfast was so good! I would like to give a shout to our concierge, Daniel, thank you for your help during our stay. The only thing my wife and I would have to say is that the hotel wasn’t as clean as you would think. It wasn’t horrible but could be better. The hallways didn’t look vacuumed daily and our room didn’t have anything wiped down. Our mirror in the bathroom and shower glass had spots all over them. The tile floor didn’t look mopped the entire time we stayed. They did do our bed, give us new towels and change our garbage daily. Other than that the overall stay was great!"

"Room section hallways are hot, should have a make-up air ventilation system Exterior of hotel is showing its age, requires an upgrade. Elevators are old, should be upgraded & are hot inside. Rooms & interior of hotel has been maintained."

"Great location especially for people new to this island, lots of dining options. Waikiki beach is great for swimming unlike other beaches where the surf is rough. Rooms are large and very clean, beds very comfortable, great balcony especially if you have an ocean view. Furnishings are not high end but the room still feels clean and comfortable, not luxurious."

"Our stay was amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful, really went above and beyond with customer service. Lots of great amenities as well and their longboard club is worth the purchase, was great to have a comfortable and relaxing breakfast during the rainy mornings. Also had an ocean view room which was stunning and the room itself was spacious when comfortable beds. Also appreciate the chromecast option on the tv. The location is ideal as well, just a couple of steps from the beach and on the edge of all the restaurants so easy to walk to but was never noisy and overcrowded around the hotel. Will definitely stay here in the future!"
