"The room was clean and comfortable"

"The only thing that I would say or add is if the rooms had a Microwave and a working bathroom fan off a switch.that would be a 100% perfect other than that I have only good things to say about this hotel."

"Rooms need some updating "

"Our room was clean, but the bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning, as it seemed stained. The mattress wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t offer tons of support either. The amenities were nice and I liked having a refrigerator in our room, along with updated alarm clock and nice fixtures. Everything worked as it should. The staff was friendly and check-in was efficient. The parking lot and lobby are clean. The rooms must have thin walls because sound carries and we could hear conversation and people in the halls. We used a sound machine that we brought and were able to sleep, but without it would have probably been a challenge, due to the ability to hear hallway activity. The breakfast was average, at best, but there was an attendee that kept things stocked and clean. The location is reasonably convenient and we liked having a Waffle House next door for a quick dinner. For the price point, this hotel is what we expected and reasonable. "

"Broken window in room"

"The staff were soooo nice! Really A+ for them. The rooms (we ended up moving to a different one) were gross. Toothpaste stains on the vanity, discolored/stained carpet, furniture, tub, doors, walls, everything. Thankfully the sheets were clean and fresh smelling and bed was comfy or we would have left. Hotel seemed super full, but rooms were actually quiet. “Breakfast” both mornings were scant. Some white bread slices in a baggie, yogurt, or the cheapest apples money can buy was all that was left by 8:15 am… oh and in a 4 foot deep pool, you couldn’t see your feet it was so cloudy. Location was good though. "

"Room was ok. Not all of the staff were friendly. While I understand the limitations of parking in that area, guests are required to pay an additional amount to park in a garage across of the street seemed excessive. Surely Hyatt could absorb this cost for guest. "
