"Not provided must buy! Problem waited for 2 hut and half for my room to be ready. Staff worked had to get the room ready but I’m wondering if the reason rooms were not ready, others waited too , was maybe heir staff left because IC E was in town "

"The hotel has had a recent makeover with modern floor and wall coverings and was clean and well presented, The room was spacious and well equipped and there was a sitting area with a sofa bed which was nice to have. The hotel was quiet with a Cracker Barrel next door across the car park which was handy for supper. The beds were comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area was spacious, clean and comfortable and doubled up as a bar area in the evening. There was a good choice of items available for breakfast including some hot things and fresh fruit. I thought the breakfast was excellent."
