"The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the pool was extremely dirty and unusable which was unfortunate because we decided to stay there instead of another place because of it. Also, they had electrical work going on so they had a different key we had to use outside from the inside room key. Our outside keys never worked so we had to keep going around to the front door to go back inside. In conclusion, if you want a clean room and an ok breakfast for a one night stay, it will be fine."

"Here’s a cleaner, balanced version that keeps your point without sounding like a rant: The staff here have been great. I’ve stayed a total of 8 weeks across 3 separate reservations, so I feel like I’ve gotten a pretty good sense of the property. Is it a 5-star hotel? No. But it’s about what you’d expect for the price point. Many residents appear to be long-term guests, and you’ll see things like kids catching the school bus from the parking lot. My biggest frustration is that during my entire stay, the room has never been cleaned. Guests are expected to wash their own towels and bedding, which would be less of an issue if the laundry facilities were fully functional. Unfortunately, more than half of the dryers have been out of service since I arrived in April, and with only four washers available, laundry can become a challenge—especially when machines sit occupied with unattended loads. The most significant issue, however, is the persistent marijuana odor throughout the building. It can be smelled regularly during the day and night. There are no-smoking signs posted throughout the property, but that policy doesn’t seem to be consistently enforced. Overall, the people are friendly and the price is reasonable, but there are definitely opportunities to improve the guest experience."

"Definitely request a king if sharing a bed. Bathrooms - shower and toilet space extremely small with pocket doors. Shower hinges - especially bottom one was caked with “stuff”. Facility was misty smelling with freshening hose machine exposed. Cereal was the best option for provided breakfast. Positives. Fairly cheap, just odd the highway, near dining and gas options."

"We stayed here for two nights. Inside the lobby was hot and there was a bad odor in the halls. The carpet in the room was stained and nasty. The TV was in a precarious position, and you had to turn to the right and maneuver the TV so that you might view it and this was uncomfortable. The recliner had a hole in the armrest and was not clean. The kitchenette was not clean, coffee maker was nasty and the floor was sticky. I wanted to use the refrigerator only to find that it would not keep anything cool. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not functional. The bathroom and shower are separate from the vanity/sink, and you must brush your teeth outside of the bathroom as well as wash your hands outside of the bathroom. The ice maker on the 1st floor was awful, and water was everywhere along with filth. Although they don’t change the bed daily, there was a problem getting clean towels and wash clothes. What is the consumer paying for? Don’t think I will stay here again."

"The pancake machine was broken in the breakfast room. The paint was poorly applied in the room, the caulking around the sink was dry but had dripped down into the sink so it was visible. The hallway carpet and area around the elevator were dirty with fingerprints on the stainless steel. Just a disappointment that details were not considered."
