"The room is small (two full beds). We had a big bug in the bathroom on the third night. The hotel has a run-down feel, the lobby is not well staffed and the gift shop and hotel restaurants are deserted or not open. Other than the lake view, I found little good things to say about the hotel. I sent email to the front desk staff and manager email about the bug but received no reply. Quite disappointed with the experience."

"Room was just alright, stains all over the chair looked disgusting, dust all over everything, bathroom was sort of clean. I took one shower and noticed water was leaking out somewhere all over the floor. Streaming services weren't accessible and front desk staff made it sound like it hadn't been accessible for some time. We were left two towels only for two people? For three days? Valet was terrible. No one told us they opened at 9am. We waited almost 1.5 hours to retrieve our car. Our room smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals it burned my eyes and nose. I will not return."

"I just wanted to write this to make everyone aware of unknown fees if you book through a third party. We booked this hotel months ago here through Hotels.com. We paid $252 for four nights. We arrived at the hotel and the hotel wanted an extra $145 per day as a form of resort fee. I went back and looked at our confirmation and the only mention of an additional fee was a $120 deposit. When I asked what the fee was for, the response was, "Two free drinks, a voucher for $10 off dinner and a free breakfast". I ended up on the phone with Hotels.com who reviewed their agreement and there wasn't any mention of this either. Hotels.com ended up refunding our $252 and we went around the corner and stayed at the Allerton, which was MUCH nicer. "
