"Could not use my room key to access pool or gym"

"Property is run down a bit, rooms have seen better days and bathroom is tiny. Breakfast was alright with eggs, sausage and potatoes. "

"First dat I noticed room phone did not work nor the remote for the room. So I used my phone to complain to the front desk. They came to my room to show me how to use the remote for the tv. They also said the phone would be fixed. Never happened. Day 2 or 3 no room service. When I asked at the front desk I was told I should have asked to have my room cleaned. I laughed because had the phone been working I would have called them again about the situation. Need less to say the person I spoke to in customer service only was able to say she was sorry in broken English and offer me 4000 points. The staff and customer service was clueless and maybe they were following the companies directive which sucks and so does this dated hotel. "

The furniture was dusty and in hidden areas(behind the night table out right nasty. The elevator did not feel safe and the floor was dirty buttons did not work it was shameful,"
