"hotel was aesthetically pleasing, but the limited elevators were frustrating. The kitchen being closed for food in the afternoon, evening, and late evening was annoying as well. Travelers should have been notified that the kitchen was going to be closed for the rest of the day after breakfast. The phones didn't work and there was no room service."

"Very well put together establishment. The amenities were immaculate. The rooms are on the small side and the balcony was almost like it wasn’t there. Pleasant stay not so sure about occupying rooms that dogs may have been in. Maybe that’s why my allergies flared up. Wonder how the facility may clean these rooms? The scenery however kept me calm while all the smaller kids were riding on the luggage carrier. The staff at the bar was very friendly and the music that plays across the speaker system is nice. Love the piano. "
