"The hotel is clean with a beautiful setting, especially with the holiday decorations. The staff is willing to go above and beyond, but they are always very busy at the front desk, and there is almost always a line to wait for assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, though I wish it had a bathtub—especially after walking 15,000 steps each day!"
