"This was our second weekend in a row staying at this location and it was even better. Our room was a lot cleaner and there was no moldy smell in the shower. We loved the bedding and spaciousness of the hotel in general. Breakfast was fantastic and fully-stocked with a variety of foods and hot protein which is especially important to us."

"The Hart House is an excellent stop for anyone visiting the Erie Canal, or biking its length (which I was). My room was great and really enjoyed the cafe downstairs for breakfast the next morning. The owners are lovely."

"Nice place to stay, everything was good. There isn’t an elevator to the second floor so we had to bring all our stuff up a flight of stairs, had I known, (maybe I missed it in the description) I would have packed differently. I wish they offered breakfast. Otherwise it was great, thank you! "

"I have to say this was the best sleep and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long while. We were not staying at the hotel to hang out in the hotel, just to sleep and watch TV at bed and in the AM. I have stayed in many national chains that charge top dollar and I have had difficulty sleeping due to the bed discomfort. The room was clean but a bit dated with some wallpaper peeling and stains on the ceiling. The TV was dated with the inability to connect to Netflix. Having an in room coffee maker would be a plus and upgraded TVs in rooms would be nice as well. We didn't bring our kids but I know in the past they always like hooking up their x-box or jumping on Netflix. There were individuals that live there due to whatever circumstance they were encountering in life; however, they did not make any disturbances or have any negative impact on the stay. My wife at first had reservations, but this was a well run facilty, helpful staff in the AM and the PM. Having top hotel brands surrounding it, the 50$ less a night made it perfect, especially when we were there to sleep as the sleep and the bed was magnificent. Well run family business and if you are just looking for a comfortable bed and a good sleep then this is your place. If you need fancy vases and chandeliers then look elsewhere."
