"Staff was superior- Greeted us at the door for help to our room and valet parking. THe bellhop even offered my daughter a jacket as it was windy and cool. "

"Overall, we had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and had breathtaking river views, which were complimented by beautiful contemporary art. The building itself could use some updates and upgrades like smart TVs. However, any complaint we might have had with the property was readily overshadowed by the amazing staff. Every single person from Josh at the front desk to Bridget at the restaurant/bar to the housekeeping staff were top notch and made the stay exceptionally pleasant and memorable. Please give these people raises as they were outstanding!"

The view was amazing. Very quiet and friendly staff. Just wish I was actually greeted by a person instead of a security camera. "
