Location was good, the hotel was nice and clean. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that parking was $40/day and shuttle only goes to the airport and not downtown Burlingame.

Bay Landing San Francisco Airport Hotel
I actually checked out early and was able to get a partial refund. It took a few calls, but the manager was able to process the partial refund which was better than nothing based on my situation. I appreciated the staff, they were nothing but polite.
