"This was an extremely convenient location, being less than 10 minutes from the airport. The shuttle left on time and they have three on-site restaurants, including one very nice restaurant with a seafood buffet that was to die for!"

"This hotel is very conveniently located by Narita station. It's only one stop from the airport but there are a lot of restaurants and bars to walk to. A 15 min walk down Omotesando street, which has many shops and restaurants, brings you to Naritasan park. We got a twin room and even though everything was nicely appointed in the small room, the beds were very bad. You could feel the rails below your body; the mattress was not good. A huge perk they did have was right when we were about to leave the room at 10am, the TV popped on to let us extend checkout to 1:00pm for a small fee. Since out flight was in the evening, this really helped. Everything else, besides the bed, was very nice. We didn't use the on-site onsen because of tattoos and not wanting to go naked."
