Las fotos no corresponden con las instalaciones del hotel. Las habitaciones están sucias, son ruidosas y parece motel de paso y mala muerte. Cuando llegamos, solicitamos la cancelación por publicidad engañosa y Expedia nos informó que sí procedía y que no se haría el cargo por no-show, pero el hotel sí hizo el cargo y ahora me informan que no se puede llevar a cabo el reembolso, cuando era imposible quedarse en habitaciones cuyas cortinas están pegadas con un clavo! Mejor quédense dentro de su coche!

Primeramente por la aplicación solicite una matrimonial, nos dieron individuales, q por q la habitación no dice lo real. Encontramos cucarachas pequeñas y grandes, una de las camas se sentía demasiado firme y la otra se sumía completamente. La llave y control de TV decian 103 pero la habitación era la 3. El control de la TV no servía tuve q ir a recepción a cambiarlo, el decodificador apuntaba al suelo, no puedes cambiar canal desde la cama, las sábanas tenían manchitas como de sangre, las toallas pequeñas y con hoyos se encierra ruido del pasillo tarda en salir el agua caliente y no esta claramente señalada la fría de la caliente, la madera carcomida por polilla. La verdad no me hospedaria de nuevo. La app no me deja subir fotos

Las habitaciones están amplias pero las camas están muy feas, en la regadera el agua no sale bien, casi está uno pegado a la pared y no hay agua caliente en la noche.

Ubicación horrible, las fotos no son lo que realmente es, queda en la mitad de la nada es feo, con montañas de basura en la entrada, el servicio es pésimo, fui horas antes de la reserva para ir a verlo en persona y cuando me encuentro con ese pulguero… le pregunté al tipo de recepción si podía cancelar sin cobro y me dijo que si que ningún problema que tenía que hablar con expedía y ya.. mentira! Me cobraron el total de todas las noches… yo me fui a otro hotel porque me habían dicho que estaría todo ok si cancelaba.. una falta de respeto y de todo son unos mentirosos en todo sentido! No se queden acá! Un motel es más barato y mucho mejor

Pésimo hotel y demasiado caro para lo que es, cuarto viejo, muebles viejos , lugar ruidoso y descuidado. 2 veces tuve que pedir que revisaran primero que no había agua y luego no había agua caliente al siguiente día. El lugar está muy descuidado y el precio / beneficio es pésimo. Los cuartos son pequeños y bastante descuidados. Te ponen papel barato, jabón barato y ni un agua pero cobran como hotel de mucho mayor categoría. La ubicación no es buena y está lejos de todo.
