Really loved my stay at Casa Vertiz! The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location right next to the botanical gardens and city center. The cleaning service was excellent and provided two free bottles of water every morning. There is also a doorman at the front at all hours who helped me with my luggage. The staff was very friendly and even offered to call me a taxi without me asking when I left. I was on the ground floor one door down from the kitchen and could see how the noise could get bothersome but I did not have any issues. The bed was super comfy (a little firm but not too bad) with great pillows and soft bedding. The air worked great as well as the water temperature and pressure. Each room appears to have a garden view and has sheer and blackout curtains. The hotel is smaller but had the most beautiful rooftop with amazing seating where you can relax and listen to the birds in the garden. The only critique I have is that I never saw the rooftop bar open (maybe it was because it was off season) and the restaurant did not have any milk alternatives (which are widely available at other cafes). Additionally, a couple of small bugs made their way into my room but that is to be expected when you are on the ground floor and surrounded by nature. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again! It was quiet, clean, and welcoming.

Lovely hotel. Walking distance to tons of good restaurants, and the room was nicely done. The staff were very helpful; organised laundry service and booked a taxi to the airport. There is some noise from the onsite restaurant but it was worth it to have this conveniently close as the food was great (amazing shrimp!)

Wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Vertical! The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great, and the overall value was outstanding for the quality provided. Room was nice and clean and a decent size excellent shower and toiletries. We did have lunch on our arrival and it was very tasty. Only criticism would be that our internet in Room 101 was pretty patchy. Seemed fine everywhere else, just not in our room. Staff were excellent.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with sockets at the head. Shower was excellent and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town. If you don't want a big breakfast (like us), there are lots of cafés nearby.
