"Yes shops nearby...... didn't go to the bar so don't know the options.....clean room....staff pleasant.....shout out to Gabby at front desk....Raoul security and bellman and the lovely housekeeper on the 7th floor,,,don't remember her name....she was off one day and I could tell the difference......I work in hospitality so it was refreshing......only down side the light went out a couple times, even though came back immediately, the internet of course took a longer time....but was back on each time by say 5min.....I stayed for 11 nights....."

"The staff is exceptional! From the room maids, to the staff at the restaurants, to the bar tenders, to the room service, to the pool guys - 5 star service!! The rooms and entire facility was always clean and modern! Be sure to rent a car if you don't get all-inclusive! Only advice is to have more activities engaging the people that want a bit of a "party" atmosphere during the day!"
