"I think it was wonderfull to be in this hotel. The service was so good and the lady insharge wa realy super good and nice to talk to. In need she helpt use so good that we allready have diceded to come back again. Yes it was a realy wonderful stay this weekend. Thank you so very much for everything."

"This was a great place for our family of four to stay in the night before we flew out of Zurich. The place is on the top level, 5th floor, just FYI. Communication with the host was fantastic! "

"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. The floors in the bedroom/main area are creaky and very loud. There...

"There was a slight miscommunication with our apartment when we arrived, but we were given an amazing apartment, and the staff was so nice. Apartment was immaculate, with almost everything you could need. The only downside was being on the third floor with no air-conditioning in the middle of summer. Location was safe and very convenient. Walk to everything. There is a nice big supermarket two minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby and rhe tram stop was only a few minutes also. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The strict early check in process was lengthy although I paid extra for it. They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early. The second issue was it was hard to get hold of hotel clerk over the phone from overseas."
