"The property and rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast is not available but a ahort ride into town iffers several options for eating. Keep in mind that there is not an elevator and it seems that the rooms are on higher levels. Overall I would recommend staying here as it is secure and a lovely place."

"If I could give the property and their management a negative 10 I would. Two days before the stay I got a message saying to reach out to them for check in instructions 72 hours before. I replied and received no answer I kept trying up until the day we arrived in Zurich. I kept calling but no answer, we arrived in Zurich at 3pm by 6pm we started to look for another hotel. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. "The main essentials were excellent. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable ; the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside of our stay was the washroom. Stepping into the shower required a high step over the edge of the tub; the sink area was also awkwardly designed—we frequently bumped our heads on the counter above it while washing our faces or brushing our teeth. Additionally, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Would still recommend to others. "
