"The hotel was empty and for the price very nice. The people having it was so friendly, and we had the best pommes of our trip. They were amazing. Very nice spot to have as start point for the very nice area. Do take the old train from Drei Annan hoche - we loved it"

"Da wir wohl die einzigen Gäste waren wurde das Frühstück am Tisch serviert.Leider 3Tage immer gleich.Engl.Frühstück. Die Sauna wahr sehr schön,wurde aber nur nach heftigen Protest angestellt.Der Ausblick auf die weidenden Hirsche war fantastisch."

"Vorsicht vor dieser Unterkunft! Die Chefin tritt ungepflegt und genauso unfreundlich auf. Bei Ankunft hatte sie behauptet, dass Expedia meine Vorauszahlung nicht weitergeleitet hätte, was im Nachhinein gelogen war. Ich musste vor Ort ein weiteres Mal bezahlen. Nach späterer Reklamation wurde ich wiederum auf unfreundliche Weise von ihr hingehalten. Im Mailverkehr wird man von ihr geduzt und absolut überheblich behandelt. Nie wieder buche ich diese Unterkunft und kann nur jeden davor warnen!"

"Das Personal arbeitete unauffällig im Hintergrund aber durchaus auch serviceorientiert. Überragend war die absolute Ruhe in der Umgebung des Hotels. Auch störte es mich persönlich überhaupt nicht, dass es zwei Minuten Fussweg vom Zimmer zum Frühstücksraum waren."

"Das einzige was schade war, das es kein Frühstück gab. Ansonsten alle sehr nett und man hat alles was man braucht. Familie legt sehr viel wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Gastronomie ist genug in der Umgebung. Ansonsten ca. 18 Minuten nach Braunlage und man findet dort fast alles."
