A beautiful, historical hotel perched on the hill overlooking the lake and mountains, truly dreamlike! but real. great food great ppl great place to stay and just loose yourself

The property is relatively new. The location is just great. At the heart of the village. Walking distance to most restaurants. The property itself is of extremely high quality. Our family had a great time.

The view is magnificent. Staff are friendly and warm.

We were passing through Andermatt for one night enroute to Davos via glacier express and decided to spend the night at the chedi. The property is simply par excellence and I would rate it 6 stars in terms of comfort and service if I could. The expansive spa area might well be the best in Switzerland if not in Europe and the overall attention to fine details was impressive. Would love to return some day!

The room amenities and location was excellent

I cant emphasize enough on the view the room offered! Gawd im not over it! The bed was super comfy, the bathtub was overlooking the window with the mountain/glacier view, room is big, lights were adjustable to how bright or dim u want them, breakfast has quite a good spread, staff were cheerful and helpful, there was 2 complimentary welcome drinks... I can go on more but.. I'll let u experience it for yourself! Superb for couples! Worth every penny!!

Well-located with the hotel just beside the Lungern train station. Breakfast buffet was amazing - great service by the staff too! Note: check-in is done by yourself using the automated machine at the entrance; shower door is transparent for our room type.

Service: - We are probably hotelier's nightmare guests, one with no plans and who keeps extending - And we extended from 1 night to 5 nights simply because Margaret, Stephan and their team made us feel at home. They deliver top-notch service, extending attentive and gracious hospitality and we left as friends! Food: - Lovely idea to incorporate Swiss tapas in the menu so that guests who are not familiar with the Swiss cuisine are able to have tasting portions without feeling overwhelmed. -...

Exceptional from start to end, facilities are well maintained and clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and great variety. Rooms were clean and minibar restocked daily at no cost. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Top notch!

Great location right next to Grindelwald Terminal and the Eiger Express cable car station, friendly and welcoming staff, and nice hot breakfast!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic that there is complimentary transfer to train station. Rooms are nice with all amenities, even with clothes steamer : )(have not seen that in any other hotel yet!) Clean and decent breakfast. Overall: very good

Hotel location is perfect at the old town area. Train station is about a 10-15 mins walk away. We took a cab when we checked in but it’s definitely walkable if you don’t have much baggage. The rooms are of a very decent size and are pretty well maintained too, only thing I can complain is the toilet size as I could only open and close the toilet door halfway without knocking on the toilet bowl.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Quite near to train station. A good getaway from busy town.
