Extremely clean room. Super nice and helpful staff…each member of the staff was so kind. The view…OMG..breathtaking!!! The breakfast was marvelous! Don’t miss the gondola ride up to Eiger glacier or further to Jungfrau!! Had a SPECTACULAR time!!

This hotel was beautiful. There were lovely views from it of the mountains. The rooms excellent. There were bath robes and slippers. The spa area was very nice. This was included in your stay.
