Good location with good breakfast

Close to JR station. Hotel parking is reasonable. As a business hotel, the room space is not that big even for a 2-bed room however the facilities like toilet and desk are designed well for stays. The breakfast price is reasonable and really tasty!

二部屋取ったんですが階が別でした。 結構複数部屋取って旅行に行きますが同時に予約してるのに別の階になったことがなかったのでおどろきしかなかったです。ちょっと気を利かせて欲しかった。 あとカードキーが一枚しか無くめちゃくちゃ不便。エレベーター乗れないんだし言わなくても最初から人数分欲しいです。 そして部屋内とか廊下とかちょっとゴミが落ちすぎかなと思いました。カーペットの色のせいで見つけづらいんだとは思うけどちゃんとゴミは拾ったほうがいい。 でも全体的にはいいホテル、スタッフの方も親切だし、室温も自分で調整できるし立地はめちゃくちゃ便利だし駅前地下駐車場が提携だったし、朝食美味しいし（イクラが途中で品切れで食べれなかったのは残念だが）また帯広駅周辺に行くことがあれば利用したいです

予定より早い時間にチェックインしたため、宿泊予定の部屋の清掃が完了していないとのことで、部屋を変えると提案してくれました。誠実な対応でうれしかったです。早く着いたのは自己都合なので、荷物だけ預かってもらい、周辺を散策しました。あとからのチェックイン時にはすでに荷物を部屋に運び込んでくれていたのでフロントでの対応もスムーズでした。また、利用したいです。
