"The therapy pool was great. The cold plunge pool was cold! The outdoor fire pit was awesome. The robes were thick and hooded. Room was just ok. No microwave even though there was clearly a space for one. Rooms appear to never be ready for the 4 pm check in time. Everyone ends up waiting. Restaurant isn't on site. You drive up a large hill about 1/3 mile. Fire alarms went off both nights. Once at 4 am for several minutes and the second night at 9:30 and again at 9:50 pm. I suggest adding something in the rooms so that wet swim suits can be hung up to drip dry"

"This place was amazing. Room was clean, staff were friendly, and the views are amazing. The price was good too! If I ever come back here to this area in my future, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. I really wish I can have this same experience everywhere I stay on vacation."

"They changed my room when I called so I didn’t have to climb stairs and the staff upon arrival was quite helpful at check in. The morning staff wasn’t there but they had a box outside to drop your key in."
