"Pool was good hot tub was very busy they should have more hot tubs. In Sorrento tower no internet. Out phones didn’t connected whole 5 nights. Rest everything was great. Just not happy with internet connection and I went to relax thought of hot tub but it was over crowded all the time. "

"I booked a balcony ocean front two queen size beds and when I got there, they said the room I booked was not available so I had to be put in a regular to queen room with no balcony and partial ocean view so I requested to get moved in the morning to the next available room I booked And when I got put in the room I booked, which was the balcony with the ocean view and queen beds the main light didn’t even work and there was no AC working so I went downstairs to complain and they sent maintenance to come fix it and they maintenance guy said I don’t know why they put you in this room. They knew the AC was not working or the light so I went downstairs again to complain and they gave me two fans because they had no other rooms available like the ones I bookedand I requested a refund and they only gave me $100 back refund KEEP IN MIND I STAYED FOR 5 nights and they also gave me complementary four sides of breakfast but when I went to go get breakfast, kitchen manager was really rude and said that I only could get one free item and I had to go back to the front desk to tell them to give me more cards when in the back. They had wrote 4x and on top of that the one managing the gym was racist because he told me I had to bring my own towel and I was the only Hispanic there, but he was giving the other light skinned people free towels and not telling them that they had to pay for the towel if they wanted one from the gym but just handing them out to them like nothing."

"Check in was at 4 I didn’t receive my room key til 6pm due to the room still being cleaned after waiting all day to check for to the room and it wasn’t cleaned at all I was scared to sit on the bed! You could visibly tell the floors were disgusting not swept or moped from the last guest the bathroom was a horror story the shower had mystery stains and mold growing in the wall the kitchen is not as advertised so if your looking for a kitchen area to cook this is not it! "

"Beach view was amazing! Dewright Johnson took GREAT care of us. Other staff members were nice. The bartender was not friendly. Waiters were sweet. I was surprised about the $35 resort fee on my bill though. Overall it was a great stay. "
