"The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors."

"The staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant."
